A National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT)-certified personal trainer, Brett Stewart is a running and triathlon coach as well as an endurance athlete who currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.An avid multisport athlete and Ironman finisher, Brett has raced dozens of triathlons, multiple marathons and even a few ultra-marathons. He is constantly looking for new fitness challenges and developing new workouts and routines for himself, his friends and his clients.

From co-founding the ESPN Triathlon team in 2004 to directing races and triathlons, Brett spends a majority of his time working and participating in fitness activities and competitions. A proud husband and father, Brett can be contacted at brett@7weekstofitness.com

Born in Wales, but now living on the East Coast of the US, Steve Speirs is an avid 2-time Cayman Island Marathon Champion runner, triathlete and fitness enthusiast.Since entering his first race in the early 1980s, he has been hooked on an active lifestyle and is always seeking new challenges and the next level of fitness. Competing in 30+ races a year, Steve has completed over 30 marathons, with a current best time of 2:45 at this year’s Boston Marathon. Age appears to just be a number for Steve as his recent foray into the world of ultramarathons has proved quite successful with a couple of wins at the 24-HR Adventure Trail Race and inaugural Gibbet 50.

Jason Warner is an ISSA Certified Strength Trainer currently residing in Murray Bridge, Australia. In addition to authoring Ultimate Jump Rope Workouts, Jason is currently creating the programs and writing Ultimate Strength Workouts.A competitive athlete, power lifter and fitness enthusiast, Jason is the go-to guy for creating and testing new workout routines that are effective, challenging and fun. Jason is a contributor to 7 Weeks to 50 Pull-Ups and created the fitness games for 7 Weeks to Getting Ripped.

Lewis Elliot is a 31 year-old Professional Triathlete living Scottsdale, AZ. He has raced triathlon professionally since 2002, and prior to that was a US National Team Cyclist having won 3 US National Championships. Lewis has represented the USA in 5 World Championships, as well as having been the Overall Winner in over 150 multisport events. He has an Ironman personal best of 8 hours 38 minutes.

Mike DeAngelo NSCA -CSCS/CPT, NASM, is a graduate of Springfield College with a degree in Applied Exercise Science. He has over ten years of experience in the field, from personal training to strength and conditioning, to corporate fitness. Mike has centered his life around health and wellness from a very early age and has taken on many challenges along the way, including triathlons, marathons, and even a strong man competition.
