Lose the Love Handles Before Valentine’s Day!
I love it when someone smarter than me gives me a brilliant idea – whether it’s my wife, my training partners or my life coach (note to self: find a life coach) – I’m always open!
My buddy Chris, who was the brainchild behind the new Weeks to Fitness site overhaul and the creator of Workout Analysis, sent me a great email today:
I don’t know where all those hundreds of new sign-ups came from yesterday… maybe people are trying to get into shape for Valentine’s Day!

Valentine’s Day is special for me too, even after being married for over a decade. My wife’s b-day is 6 months to the day from V-Day, so we make it a little 1/2 birthday celebration to boot. But, the thought of providing a way for people to get fit in time to get into that Valentine’s Day outfit – is brilliant!
So, here’s the deal. Check out the QUICK START GUIDE and pick a program to use; I suggest Getting Ripped, Jump Rope Workouts and 300 Sit-Ups (in that order). Follow the rough nutrition guidelines and make those intervals count…
