Got a Deck of Cards? Get a Workout!

This might actually be the shortest write-up for a workout I'll ever do... frankly because the idea is super-simple.
Grab a deck of cards and shuffle 'em up.
Either you or your friend (spouse, co-worker, etc.) pick a card and do that many reps of any (or all!) of the below exercises.

  • Push-Up
  • Pull-Up
  • Bodyweight Squat
  • Lunge
  • Sit-up

Repeat x3 or x5 - whether you complete one card per day or an entire deck - you've created a full-body, random-rep workout!
